Requirements for Renting a Car :

1. Corporate:
   • Main documents: Trading Business License (SIUP), Certificate of Company Registration (TDP), Taxpayer Identification Number Card (NPWP), Certificate of Domicile (valid), Identity of the director or applicant authorized to represent the Company & Driving License (SIM).
   • Supporting Documents (if required): bank statement/bank statements of the last 3 months and Purchase Order (PO).
2. Individuals:
   • Main documents: Resident Identity Card (KTP) of Spouses (if married, Resident Identity Card (KTP) of parent as the guarantor if single), Family Identity Card (KK), Property Tax (PBB), Credit card bank statement/bank statements of the last 3 months of the applicant & Driving License (SIM), optimal: Taxpayer Identification Number Card (NPWP), Identity Card of employee or business card.
3. Foreign Nationals (WNA):
   • Passport, Temporary Residence Permit (KITAS), Identity Card of employee or business card and Driving License (SIM).
   • Supporting Documents (if required): Credit card bank statement/bank statements of the last 3 months of the applicant.

Conditions of Daily Rent with Driver:

1. Not required to meet the requirements for private car or tour bus rents.
2. Must book the rented car by paying 50% of the rents at least D-3 private car & D-7 tour bus of the scheduled rent day.
3. The durations of the rent are as follows: for 5-6 hours, 10 hours, 12 hours and 18 hours (Fullday).
4. Provide details of the pick-up location + telephone nos. and the route when booking.
5. We do NOT serve and are NOT responsible for bookings through the Driver.

Conditions of Daily Rent without Driver (self-drive):

1. Applicant’s residence/house and office are subject to a survey at least 3 days before the scheduled rental date, Free for DKI Jakarta, Survey Fee (non-refundable) outside DKI Jakarta & Car delivery and pick-up fee depending on the location
2. Must meet the requirements for car rent, the documents the customer submits will be analyzed by us whether or not you are allowed to rent a car without our driver.
3. If you are not approved to self-drive, We have the right not to provide the reasons.
4. Executing a car rental agreement prepared by us.
5. Photographs / video shooting of the customer together with the rented car will be taken.
6. Book the car by paying 50% of the rents at least D-3 of the scheduled rent date after the application has been approved.
7. The duration of the rent is one day each of the time.
8. Must make confirmation at least three (3) days before the expiration of the rental period in the case of extension of the rental period.
9. Willing to pay a security deposit (deposit) which will be returned in full when the rental ends if there is no insurance claim or additional rental costs.
10. We do NOT serve and are NOT responsible for bookings through the Driver.

Conditions of Monthly car rent with Driver:

1. Must meet the requirements for private car or tour bus rents.
2. Book the car by paying 50% of the rents at least D-3 private car & D-7 tour bus of the scheduled rent.
3. A month is a calendar day.
4. The monthly fee for the driver must observe the regulations on Minimum Regional Wage (UMR) and overtime pursuant to the applicable conditions (of the driver employment agreement).
5. We do NOT serve and are NOT responsible for bookings through the Driver.

Conditions of Monthly Car Rent without Driver (self-drive):

Terms of payment:

1. Outstanding rents should be paid when the ordered car/driver has arrived to the specified destination.
2. Rents including Value Added Tax.
3. Daily rent: The vehicles used for more than the rental duration are subject to overtime of 10% of the rents and the condition applies only for the first 3 hours, after 3 hours, the rents will be calculated as a one full day rents.
4. Monthly rent: payment of rents past the due date will be subject to a penalty of 0.2% of the monthly rents each day until the actual payment is made.If the operational costs are on the account of the rental company, the costs must be paid at the end of the rental period, at the amounts specified in the relavent bills & invoices.

Conditions for Cancellation:

1. All rent cancellation will be subject to the total amount of the rents.
2. Any cancellation after the down payment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.
3. Any cancellation made three (3) days before the scheduled date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
4. Any cancellation after the total payment or when the vehicle has exited our garage / the vehicle has been at the location / standby, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
